Applicant tracking - note efficiency

                                              

The snapshot below shows the primary contact screen within BlackDog's applicant tracking system. It depicts the unique method of note recording and viewing in Gopher.  Notes are visible at all times, and are visible from any screen.  This capability is especially important from the calendar/daily planner because you can view the notes of the person that the calendar is reminding you to call, making follow up easier.  Notes also serve as a communication medium between recruiters.  A recruiter can quickly view the history of every call, meeting or action performed with any applicant or client in the Gopher system, regardless of who initiated the action.  Over time your recruiting database grows in value because of this rich note history.
