Recruiting software for the most part is
designed to be used in a collaborative way. Well at least our executive
search software is. I add the footnote because I
sometimes give demos where the firm wishes to keep information from what part of the
recruiting effort unavailable to another
part. This staffing technique often come up where
the
firm is divided into sales and recruiting. Very often the
sales people desire to keep information about their clients secret
an available to the recruiters using the same resume
database?
Oh well if it works who am I to say anything. Our recruitment

information on the entire recruiting process form client prospects ,
job orders and applicants. Anyone managing a staffing
software firm however must be able to see the complete
process. If the process is riddled with dead ends like here is

hot lists are not just lists for viewing. Hot lists are dynamic tools changing with each change to the
database, hot lists can be used for emailing, sending resumes or
'To Do' lists.
