This snapshot of BlackDog's applicant tracking system shows the tracking activity of job orders.  You can quickly review the applicants that were contacted, who were submitted, who interviewed and who has a start date set.  The recruiter defines each stage of the process and one click will provide a complete report of all activity on the job order.  Also notice that the notes are still conveniently viewable at the bottom of the screen.
