Applicant tracking - targeted emails

                                              

The applicant tracking system by BlackDog features the ability to email individuals in the Gopher database, as well as the ability to email groups of applicants or clients, by using a variety of tools.  Emailing is performed through OUTLOOK via a seamless interface. A recruiter can create WORD mail/merge documents to dynamically display on your 'Marketing' menu in Gopher. When you click the desired entry, emailing starts instantly to the specific group of applicants or clients. The emails can total just a few or number in the thousands.  The emails are able to merge data from individual profiles and therefore can contain 'play back' information such as the applicants last company, last title or even the note from the last time you spoke with them.  Since the email is specific to each individual, your email will stand out above all the generic emails the applicant or client receives.
