By definition means resistant to change. But that is not what we mean when we say BlackDog products are stabile because products like Gopher change almost daily and new releases are published every quarter. We define stability as the ability to withstand change in technologies such as computer, internet providers and O’ such a MS Windows and social networking products such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook without causing a disruption to your recruiting environment. On the contrary the changes in technologies should be a leveraged into our product without disruption of services. Another way to look at it is. It does no good to hire a genius who is so disruptive to the organization that it goes a step backwards instead of a step forward.
