Technical Support
Gopher's recruiting
software
customers receive 30 days free support and training. Training is scheduled in one-hour blocks.
Optional support agreements entitle customers to 1/2 hour of phone
support per month. The support is non-cumulative from month to
month. Customers on a Gopher Support Plan will receive all upgrades
at no charge. Gopher has at least 3 minor and 1 major upgrades every
year. Both minor and major upgrades add new features and
functionality to Gopher and insure compatibility with the latest
release of Microsoft products. The 30 days of free support starts
when a BlackDog engineer has installed and completed the Gopher
installation checklist on all PC's licensed to use
Gopher.
Training
Training on our staffing
software
after the 30 day period conducted over the phone will be provided at
the rate of $160 per hour. On site training beyond the previously
described is available for all customers at the rate of $1000 per
day plus travel expenses. Blackdog will train on the use of our
recruitment software. It is expected that our
customers have a good understanding of the executive
search
business.
Conversions
Conversions of data in legacy systems to Gopher will be
provided at the rate of $160 per hour. We have performed hundreds of
conversions and none has cost more than $1800. We will import
large blocks of resumes for 10 cents per resume
into gopher's resume database
.
Custom Modifications
Modifications and
additions to the printed/emailed output of Gopher i.e. resumes,
letters and reports, can be provided at the rate of $160 per hour.
Modifications to the Gopher screen and or database
can be provided at the rate of
$160 per hour. Note: Modifications to Gopher
screens and database are not recommended because of the ongoing cost
to support such modifications.
Consultation
Consultation services will be provided at the
rate of $160 per hour. BlackDog Recruiting Software, Inc. can
provide expert level consultation services for departmental
re-structuring, job descriptions, procedures and recruiting methods
to make the most effective use of the Gopher system. Consulting for
agency and recruiting function startups in human resource
departments can also be provided
