    As a Leadership Selection Associate you will... Create, prioritize and maintain Recruiting Activities calendar for the Director of Leadership Selection

     

    Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a Leadership Selection Associate with:

     

    • A Bachelor's degree (required)

     

    • Five years experience with general strategy and analytical responsibilities

     

    • Five years experience in professional recruiting including researching, sourcing, prescreening, qualifying and scheduling candidates.

  2. As a Leadership Selection Associate you will..

    Create, prioritize and maintain Recruiting Activities calendar for the Director of Leadership Selection.

    Organize all open and closed search assignments accurately and promptly.

  3. As a Leadership Selection Associate for PCH you should have:
     

    A Bachelor's Degree

    Effective communication skills and computer proficiency.

    Five years experience with general strategy and analytical responsibilities.

    Five years experience professional recruiting, including researching, sourcing, prescreening, qualifying and scheduling candidates.
