This lesson introduces Snap Shots. Snap shots
may be used to record and then subsequently view when needed a brief
script background or any other information useful when dealing with
an individual or company. Snap shots are available when a Profile,
Resume, Memo, Position or Tracking record is selected and the tab is
in the no command mode. A pair of eyes will
appear when the mouse is positioned over the Last Name or the
Company Name. When the pair of eyes is visible you may double click
in the selected field with the LEFT mouse button in order to view a
snap shot of the person or company.
EXERCISE ONE
We will review the
fields in the Snap Shot Person.

feature of the snap shot person is the ability to record who the
person reports to. Click the ‘Show All Employees’ button and all
of the people at Jim Black’s company ‘Slam Dunk Recruiters’ will
be displayed. You will notice that Annie Oakley’s name appears as
the person Jimmy Carter reports to and her title is ‘Senior
Recruiter’.

List’ button to return to the snap shot and click the Exit Screen
Shot button to return to the Profile tab.
