Tracking the resume

A tracking record will be created for the applicant whose resume was submitted to the position.  The Resume section on the Tracking tab will be saved with the following information:  applicant’s name, the name of the company on the position, the position record number, the client’s last name, the user ID of the applicant’s owner, the user ID of the client’s owner and today’s date.

If Gopher Notes is turned on in Gopher Options, a note will be added to both the Applicant’s & Client’s note pads showing the resume submittal.
