Overview

ResumeTab The Resume tab contains a text version of the applicant’s resume.  Resumes may be imported into Gopher in three ways: 1) using automated Parsing  for resume retrieval, 2) importing a text file and 3) copying the resume information and pasting it into the Resume record in Gopher.  The first two methods will create the Profile record for you, perform a keyword search and save keyword matches to the applicant’s profile, perform a comparison between the found keywords and required skills on open positions and save matches to the applicant’s target list and link the original resume to the Gopher resume record.
