1. On the shared drive, create a folder called Go4ProductionDB and make sure each Gopher user’s workstation has full permissions to the folder.
2. You should have received an email from Gopher Support with the following information. You will want to have this information available to you during the install process. If you have not received this information yet, stop and contact Gopher Support.
a. The password for the download
b. A go4usr.zip file
c. Your Database Name
d. Your login initials
e. Your Gopher Parser Key
3. Unzip the go4usr.zip file and saved the enclosed go4usr.mdb file to the newly created Go4ProductionDB folder. This is your Gopher license file.
