When the Resume, Memo or Position tabs are selected, the resume, memo or position ‘body’ fields may be edited in MS Word. In Word, spell checking formatting tools are available to speed up the editing process.
1. Select the Resume, Memo or Position tab and Find the desired record to open in Word.
2. Click the button.
3. Edit the text in Word using Word and Gopher tools provided on the Word menu and tool bars.
4. Exit Word. It is not necessary to Save the Word document if asked.
5. Click the depressed Word button, , in Gopher to save the edited text to the Gopher record.
