Duplicate Name Checking

When importing resumes, Gopher checks to see if the name already exists in the database to avoid inputting duplicate entries.  Gopher gives you the option to check for duplicates based on first name, middle initial and last name, only first name and last name or just the last name.  During the import process, if a duplicate name(s) is found that matches the option selected, you have the ability to view profile information for the matching names in order to better determine if the applicant being imported is already found in your Gopher.  Refer to “Duplicate Name Checking during Resume Import” on page 15 for more information.
