Snap Shots
Opening a Snap Shot When a Profile, Resume, Memo,
Position or Tracking record is selected and the tab is in the no command
mode, a pair of eyes will appear when the mouse is positioned over the
Last Name or the Company Name. When the pair of eyes is visible you may
double click in the selected field with the LEFT mouse button in order to
view or add to a snap shot of the person or
company. |

Once information is added to a
snap shot and the snap shot is closed, an icon will appear on the leftmost
side of the Gopher screen (in the Record Counts area). The icon

company snap shot is
You can paste text or images into a snap shot. You can also format the text in the snap shot by changing the font style, size and color. Everything is saved automatically once the snap shot is closed.
Printing/Emailing a Snap Shot You have the ability to not only print the snap shots, but also save the company snap shot to a Word document or pdf file. This might come in handy if you would like to send information in a company snap shot to a candidate who is interested in learning more about the company. You might have placed pertinent information about the company in the snap shot, and would like to email this information to the candidate. To do this, follow these steps: 1) open the snap shot 2) click the print button 3) click the export button 4) in the Format box, select MS Word and click OK 5) in the Export Options box, click OK 6) name the file, select the folder to save it in and click Save 7) you can now open the file in
Word, modify it if necessary and it’s ready to
